The coal mine sump cleaning machine is designed to operate under the following working conditions:
Sump Entrance Inclination: The slope at the sump entrance shall not exceed 20°.
Sump Length: The sump length shall not exceed 1,800 m.
Sediment Thickness: The accumulated sediment thickness shall not exceed 3 m.
Sump Cross-Section Dimensions: The sump shall have a minimum height of 2.1 m and a minimum width of 2 m.
Gas and Dust Safety Requirements: During operation, the concentration of coal dust and methane in the surrounding air must remain within the limits specified by the applicable Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
Ambient Temperature and Humidity: The machine is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 85% (at an ambient temperature of 20°C ± 5°C).
Working Environment: The machine should operate in environments free from severe vibration, jolting, and corrosive gases.
Coal-Water Mixture Requirements: The coal-water mixture concentration shall not exceed 50%. A small quantity of solid particles with a maximum particle size of 10 mm is permitted in the mixture.
