On October 31, a Russian procurement delegation of four people visited China Coal Group to inspect the group's production facilities and research and development innovations, and signed long-term purchase orders for mining equipment and engineering machinery. This visit not only further strengthened the cooperative relationship between China and Russia in the economic and trade fields but also laid a solid foundation for China Coal Group's future expansion in the international market.
Russian businessmen, under the warm reception of several leaders including Li Zhenbo, General Manager of China Coal Group's Information Technology, and Yu Cui, Executive Vice President of China Coal Group and General Manager of the E-commerce Company, visited the group's intelligent manufacturing achievement exhibition hall, intelligent equipment exhibition hall, digital workshop for engineering machinery, and coal mine machinery workshop. During the visit, the businessmen gained a detailed understanding of China Coal Group's research and development strength, production capacity, and quality control system in the field of mining equipment and engineering machinery, and highly praised the group's technological innovation and product quality.
After consultations, the representatives of both parties finally signed long-term procurement orders for various mining equipment and engineering machinery, including mine cars, hydraulic supports, skid steer loaders, and excavators. The Russian merchants stated that China Coal Group, as a leading enterprise in China's manufacturing industry, not only continuously innovates in technology but also maintains high standards in quality. This pursuit of new productive forces aligns with Russia's goals for industrial modernization. On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
