Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
As a vertical AI system tailored to the mining equipment and industrial and mining materials sectors, the China Coal Smart People AI System connects four core business lines—operations, sales, procurement, and fulfillment—while supporting both domestic trade and cross-border foreign trade scenarios. It covers all business processes, including intelligent product editing and publishing, comprehensive potential-customer mining, multilingual inquiry response, intelligent solution matching, quotation and contract generation, and data analysis and assessment. Repetitive and standardized tasks are handled by a cluster of AI digital employees, enabling end-to-end intelligent closed-loop business operations.
The system has innovatively implemented the OPC one-person team operating model, enabling a single person to coordinate and dispatch seven AI agents to work in parallel and carry out overseas customer acquisition, customer background checks, social media marketing, and inquiry follow-up continuously 24/7. This effectively addresses key industry challenges in traditional industrial and mining foreign trade, including time-zone barriers, complex language requirements, high labor costs, and slow lead conversion.Relying on sustained investment in research and development, multiple built-in intelligent agent modules of the Zhiren AI system have successively obtained computer software copyrights. Its independent intellectual property system continues to improve, while the autonomous and controllable capabilities of its technology foundation are continuously strengthened.
Shandong China Coal Group has been deeply engaged in the manufacture of intelligent mining equipment for more than 30 years, with its products exported to 176 countries and regions worldwide. The Group adheres to a dual-engine strategy driven by intelligent manufacturing and digital trade, deeply integrating the Zhìrén AI system with the Yikuang Network B2B cross-border platform to advance AI technology from tool application to business restructuring. Going forward, the Group will continue to increase investment in algorithm development, industry knowledge bases, and intelligent-agent modules; open up AI empowerment capabilities to upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial and mining equipment sectors; encourage more entities in the real economy to embrace digital and intelligent transformation; and inject new AI-driven momentum into the global expansion of the construction machinery and mining equipment industries.
