On March 28, China Coal Group jointly launched a large-scale free health consultation activity with Jiezhen Health Center of the Medical Group of Jining No.1 People's Hospital. The activity specially invited a multidisciplinary expert team from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pain Management, Child Health Care, Neurosurgery and other departments of Jining No.1 People's Hospital to provide "zero-distance" professional diagnosis and treatment services for the female employees of the group, which fully demonstrates China Coal Group's responsibility and commitment to people-oriented development and caring for employees' health.
Focusing on the early screening and intervention of common and frequently-occurring diseases among women, this free medical consultation set up special gynecological examinations and ultrasonic screening on site to facilitate the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical and breast cancers. The expert team carried out one-on-one consultations and health guidance in the fields of pain management, TCM conditioning and neurological health, accurately delivering high-quality medical resources of the third-class grade A hospital to the front line of the enterprise, and effectively solving the practical problems of employees such as "difficulty in seeing a doctor and asking for leave".
This activity is a positive exploration to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources and build a hospital-enterprise co-construction model, which not only raises employees' awareness of health management, but also further enriches the connotation of the enterprise's health culture. On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
