China Coal Group Named To 2024 Jining Veterans Employment Honor Roll

Recently, the Jining Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau announced the 'Honor Roll of Employment Cooperation Enterprises for Veterans' for 2024, and China Coal Group was successfully selected for its outstanding contributions in the field of veteran employment.
China Coal Group has long been committed to supporting the employment of veterans, actively responding to government calls, and signing cooperation agreements with the Jining Veterans Affairs Bureau. Through the 'order-based training and targeted delivery' model, it has provided multiple exclusive positions for veterans, covering roles such as e-commerce specialists, foreign trade specialists, software development, and excavator assembly workers, effectively addressing the employment needs of veterans. In addition, the group is also deeply involved in vocational skills training for veterans, helping them transition from the 'battlefield' to the 'workplace.'
In April 2024, China Coal Group, as a representative of outstanding military innovation enterprises in Shandong Province, participated in the 'Lunan Economic Circle' job fair for college graduates and retired soldiers, showcasing its achievements in employing veterans. The group's general manager, Han Yong, stated at the event's launch ceremony that China Coal Group has always integrated social responsibility into its corporate development and will continue to expand employment channels for veterans in the future, providing more quality positions. In addition, the group also helps veterans accurately identify their career development direction through a blended training model that combines online and offline training, along with career planning consultation and practical training at training bases.
China Coal Group is not only a key cooperative enterprise of the Jining Veterans Affairs Bureau but has also participated multiple times in provincial and national employment projects for veterans. In October 2024, the Shandong Provincial Veterans Affairs Department listed it as a candidate for the 'Honor Roll of National Employment Cooperation Enterprises for Veterans,' reflecting China Coal Group's significant exemplary role in the region.
The selection of this list of honored companies cooperating in the employment of retired soldiers reflects China Coal Group's firm support for the employment security of retired military personnel and injects 'military innovation power' into local economic development. Its experience provides important reference for other companies participating in the employment cooperation of retired soldiers, helping to achieve a win-win development for society, enterprises, and individuals.
Next, China Coal Group will continue to deepen cooperation with the government, universities, and social organizations, optimize training resources, develop more suitable positions, and enhance the employment competitiveness of veterans through flexible models such as 'learn anytime.' At the same time, the group plans to expand collaboration with other cities in the Lunan Economic Circle to promote the integrated development of the employment ecosystem for veterans.
On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
