China Coal Group Organized The 'Women's Warmth' Seminar And Holiday Welfare Distribution Activity On International Women's Day

On the occasion of the 115th 'March 8' International Working Women's Day, China Coal Group grandly held a symposium on the theme of 'Women's Fame and Warmth' in the afternoon of March 8th. Wang Man, director of Women's Federation of China Coal Group, and Yang Qingqing, deputy director of Women's Federation of China Coal Group, gathered with representatives of female workers from various companies and functional departments to celebrate the festival and talk about development. After the symposium, the Group prepared holiday welfare gift packages for all female workers, which conveyed the warmth and care of the enterprise.
The symposium site was filled with warm and peaceful holiday atmosphere. Director Wang Man firstly sent holiday greetings to all female workers on behalf of the Group, and she pointed out in her speech, 'In the past year, the majority of female workers of the Group, with the bravado of ‘women are not inferior to men’, blossomed on various fronts such as operation and management, technology research and development, and logistic support, injecting a strong ‘her power’ for the high-quality development of the enterprise.' She especially emphasized that in 2025, the Group will focus on promoting the construction of career development channels for female workers, and increase the policy inclination in talent selection, skills training, and evaluation of merits and priorities.
Deputy Director Yang Qingqing explained the 2025 Care Plan for Female Workers, announcing that the company would continue to improve the special service facilities such as 'Mom's Hut' and 'Child Care Station', and launch special activities such as 'Mental Health Monthly Talks' and 'Legal Counseling Service Day'. Participants had a lively discussion on topics such as work-life balance and career enhancement.
After the warm exchange session, the Group gave each female employee a holiday exclusive benefit - Eagle Brand Laundry Detergent. The female workers who received the gift said that this practical and full of heartfelt gift made them really feel the warmth of 'mother's family'.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
