China Coal Group Participates In The 2024 ‘Lunan Economic Circle’ Special Job Fair For College Graduates And Retired Soldiers

On April 20, 2024, "Lunan Economic Circle" College Graduates and Retired Soldiers Special Recruitment Fair and the province's retired military service provinces and municipalities of major projects, human resources, docking series of activities, Jining City special launching ceremony was held in JINING TECHNICIAN COLLEGE. At the launching ceremony, Mr. Han Yong, general manager of China Coal Group and vice president of Jining City Care for Veterans Association, delivered a speech. After the launching ceremony, job seekers flocked to the job fair site. China Coal Group, as the vice-chairman unit of Jining City Care for Veterans, was invited to participate in the recruitment, and Feng Yuyang, the deputy director of the HR Department of the Group, participated on behalf of the Group to recruit talents for the Group's development.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
