China Coal Group Successfully Held 2024 Second 'China Coal Cup' All-Media Operator Professional Skills Competition

On July 26, the 2024 Jining 'Skill Champion' Vocational Skills Competition and the 2nd 'China Coal Cup' Omnimedia Operator Vocational Skills Competition with the theme of 'Craftsmanship Builds High-tech, Technology Creates the Future' was successfully held at the China Coal Group Conference Center, hosted by the Human Resources Department of Jining High-tech Zone and the Federation of Trade Unions of Jining High-tech Zone, undertaken by Shandong China Coal Mining Materials Group Co., Ltd. and Jining Industry and Information Commerce Vocational Training College, and co-organized by Jining Enterprise and Entrepreneur Federation, Jining Industrial Internet Association, Jining Cross-border E-commerce Association, and Jining E-commerce Association. 80 skilled masters from enterprises, institutions and schools related to the e-commerce industry in Jining participated in the competition.
Han Yong, General Manager of China Coal Group, delivered an opening speech on behalf of the organizer. He said that China Coal Group is honored to be the host of this competition. We have been committed to digital transformation and media integration innovation, and we are well aware that talent is the first resource for development. By holding the 'China Coal Cup' Omnimedia Operator Professional Skills Competition, we hope to build a platform for communication, learning and skills exchange, and provide more growth opportunities and display stages for professionals in the field of omnimedia operations. At the same time, we also hope that all contestants can show their style and level in the competition, and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of the omnimedia industry in Jining City and even the whole country.
The chief referee Comrade Li Zhenbo and the contestant representative Guo Hailong took the stage to take the oath.
The content of the competition covers multiple dimensions such as content creation, data analysis, marketing planning, platform operation, etc., and comprehensively examines the comprehensive ability and practical level of the contestants.
On the field, the contestants showed their magical powers. Whether it was the careful planning of creative short videos, the accurate interpretation of data analysis reports, or the ingenious conception of marketing planning schemes, they fully demonstrated their solid professional skills and rich practical experience. In particular, some contestants won unanimous praise from the judges and audiences on the spot with their unique creativity and keen insight in the actual combat simulation session.
With the successful conclusion of the second 'China Coal Cup' all-media operator professional skills competition, Jining City has taken another solid step in cultivating all-media operation talents. I firmly believe that in the near future, more outstanding all-media operation talents will go from here to the whole country and the world, contributing Jining wisdom and Jining strength to building a digital China and a smart society.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
