Centered on the theme 'AI Empowers a New Chapter, Embarking Together on Zhongmei's New Journey,' the event combined traditional commencement rituals with dynamic sports competitions and creative cultural performances, sounding the clarion call for high-quality development in the new year.
At the auspicious hour of the morning, group leaders and employee representatives jointly lit the ceremonial firecrackers to mark the commencement of work, symbolizing prosperity and enduring success. Subsequently, a series of cultural and sports competitions—including tug-of-war, basketball, and table tennis—kicked off with great enthusiasm. Participants demonstrated unity and determination through their teamwork and fierce competition, while the sidelines echoed with waves of cheers and encouragement. Following the conclusion of the sports and cultural competitions, the Group leadership delivered opening remarks at the conference center. He highlighted the successful launch of the 'China Coal AI Intelligence Center Platform,' independently developed by the Group's China Coal Intelligent Research Institute. This milestone signifies China Coal's advancement to the forefront of the artificial intelligence industry. The opening dance 'Abundance of Fish' ignited the venue with its jubilant rhythms; the male solo 'Arrived and Never Want to Leave' and the children's choir 'Galloping Horses Welcome Spring” conveyed the joy and vitality of the New Year; the crosstalk 'Love's Routine' and the AI crosstalk 'I Love China Coal Excavators' cleverly integrated artificial intelligence elements, humorously showcasing the deep integration of technology and industry; The stirring poetry recitation 'Galloping into a New Era, Praising Our China' expressed the patriotic sentiments of China Coal employees. Performances such as the dance ‘Xiao’ and the instrumental ensemble 'Praise Shandong,' selected by the Municipal Workers' Cultural Palace, were spectacular and earned thunderous applause from the audience. On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
