GLD Series Belt Feeder Introduction

The GLD Series Belt Feeder is widely used for feeding materials from various hoppers in industries such as coal, metallurgy, and power generation. It provides continuous feeding through a rotating belt system. During operation, the feeding rate can be adjusted without stopping the machine, either manually or by means of a hydraulic cylinder, according to actual production requirements. This enables the feeding system to better meet the requirements of downstream conveying and processing systems.

The GLD Series Belt Feeder is an upgraded replacement for traditional reciprocating feeders and vibrating feeders.

Application:
Used in bulk material conveying systems in industries such as coal, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical processing.

Working Principle:
Based on the operating principle of a belt conveyor. The conveying power is provided by a combined stepless variable-speed motor.

Belt Speed Adjustment:
The belt speed can be adjusted manually or by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).

Multiple buffer idler sets are installed at the material discharge point at the bottom of the hopper. These idlers effectively absorb impact loads, protect the steel belt and endless reinforced rubber belt, and extend their service life.
