Improvement of tramcar traction mode

The old tramcar traction mode is to pull the screw through the contact to transfer the force to the hook frame, and drive the motor car through the hook frame. The most vulnerable parts are the screw and nut for pulling the screw. The screw diameter is 50mm, and M48 is equipped × 4. Nuts and screws mainly bear axial tension. The maximum traction force of the tramcar is 60 kN. After flaw detection, the screw can fully bear the tension if there is no internal crack or damage. However, due to the limitation of processing quality, the force between the screws after tightening is often uneven. If the force bearing part is small, the wire may fall off.


The traction device of the new mining car has changed the style of the head and the end bracket. The head is connected with the end bracket and the car body through the traction pin shaft. The lower part of the end bracket is square box type, which can not only be used as the bearing part of the buffer spring, but also increase the contact area with the traction pin shaft. The end bracket and the car body are riveted together. The traction force is transmitted to the end bracket through the head and the pin shaft to drive the car body to run. Among the main force bearing components, the weakest link is the traction pin, which is made of 45 # steel with a diameter of 50 mm. The shear force it can withstand is about 600 kN, which is far greater than the maximum traction force borne by the tramcar. It fully meets the mine safety requirements. Therefore, the tramcar will not drop due to the damage of the traction device during its operation. At the same time, the coupler frame, pull screw and other components are omitted, saving production costs.
