Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technologists Visits China Coal Group to Explore AI Agent Applications

On September 14, a delegation led by Li Guangji, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technologists, and Yue Qingzhi, Deputy Director and Art Instructor of the Association’s Art Troupe, visited Shandong China Coal Group to inspect the Group’s independently developed AI agent project and gain an immersive understanding of the practical results achieved by AI digital employees across the entire business chain. Qu Qing, Chairman of the Group; Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology and General Manager of Zhongyun Group; Guan Chenghui, Secretary of the Party Committee; Wang Man, Assistant General Manager and Vice President of Jining Industry and Information Technology Business Vocational Training College; Product Manager Li Xiao; and other executives accompanied the delegation.

The delegation visited the Group’s Corporate Culture Exhibition Hall, Digital Products Exhibition Hall, China Coal AI Intelligence Center, Cross-Border E-Commerce Company, Intelligent Workshop, and Conference Center. They received a detailed briefing on the development of the Group’s independently developed AI agent project and experienced the one-person company (OPC) operating model, in which one person simultaneously manages seven intelligent agents. They also learned how China Coal’s AI agents enable “one person to achieve team-level operational capabilities” and create a complete business closed loop for domestic and international trade, covering customer acquisition, communication, risk control, supply chain matching, and contract conclusion. Deputy Secretary-General Li Guangji spoke highly of the technological innovation, scenario-based implementation model, and practical achievements of China Coal’s AI agents.

At the symposium, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, first extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technologists and the visiting entrepreneurs. He then provided a detailed introduction to the company’s overall strategic planning and phased achievements in artificial intelligence and digitalization. He stated that the digital and intelligent transformation of the real economy has become a core trend and inevitable direction for industrial upgrading. With deep expertise in equipment manufacturing, the Group has focused on key industry challenges and the research and development of core AI agent technologies. Targeting four key areas—enterprise operations, omnichannel customer acquisition, precision marketing, and end-to-end business processes—the Group has implemented innovative AI agent applications across multiple scenarios and throughout the entire business chain. These initiatives empower traditional manufacturing with artificial intelligence, improving quality and efficiency while facilitating transformation and upgrading. During the symposium, Deputy Secretary-General Li Guangji noted that the digital transformation of the real economy is urgently needed, but many small and medium-sized enterprises face practical difficulties, including limited funding and shortages of technical talent. Building on its industrial foundation, Shandong China Coal Group has developed an AI agent business operating system that directly addresses the pain points of enterprise digital transformation and effectively converts artificial intelligence technology into productive capacity. This practical model has strong demonstrative value. He recommended that the company further summarize its project experience, develop standardized application solutions, actively promote public awareness and share its experience, and fully leverage the broader impact of its scientific and technological achievements to help more local traditional enterprises upgrade through intelligent technologies.
