Jining City Finance Bureau Leaders Visited China Coal Group For Research

In the afternoon of July 12, three leaders, Wang Xiaolin, Chief of Accounting Section of Jining Finance Bureau, Meng Fei, Vice Minister of Urban Public Affairs Department of Municipal Financial Service Center, and Liu Shuqi, Deputy Chief of Taxation Section of Municipal Government Investment and Financing Service Center, visited China Coal Group to carry out a special research on the management of enterprise accounting. Mr. Han Yong, General Manager of China Coal Group, Mr. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of China Transportation Group, and Mr. Guo Yafeng, Mr. Chen Xiaowen and Mr. Yang Qingqing of Finance Department of China Coal Group accompanied the research.
Mr. Wang and his entourage visited the Group's production workshop and office environment, and learned in detail about the Group's current scale of operation, the setting of accounting institutions, the construction of internal control, and the construction of accounting informationization.
At the symposium, Mr. Han firstly introduced the basic situation of the Group and the overview of accounting work. He said that China Coal Group has always attached great importance to the accounting work, and has continuously improved the professional and standardized level of accounting work by establishing a sound accounting organization, optimizing the staffing and strengthening the training of talents.
Mr. Wang fully affirmed the results achieved by China Coal Group in accounting management. She said that private enterprises are an important part of the national economy, and the standardization and specialization of their accounting management work is crucial to the healthy development of the enterprises. At the same time, she pointed out that with economic globalization and intensified market competition, private enterprises are facing more and more challenges and opportunities, and need to further strengthen the innovation and enhancement of accounting work. When talking about the cultivation of accounting talents and the construction of accounting informatization, Mr. Wang emphasized the importance of focusing on the cultivation of accounting talents with international vision and professional skills, as well as strengthening the construction of accounting informatization to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting information processing.
Finally, both sides reached a consensus on how to strengthen the cooperation and exchange of accounting work in private enterprises. On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
