Jining High-tech Zone Federation Of Trade Unions Entered China Coal Group To Carry Out Activities

On December 5, Jining Hi-Tech District Federation of Trade Unions went into China Coal Group to carry out an activity to promote the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee with the theme of “Carrying forward the spirit of the Constitution and building a harmonious society”. The purpose of this activity is to popularize legal knowledge, improve the legal awareness of enterprise workers, and escort the development of the enterprise.
During the lecture, Ms. Wang Tao from Jining Hi-tech District Federation of Trade Unions first conveyed the core content and significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to the employees of China Coal Group. She comprehensively and accurately interpreted the spirit of the Plenary Session, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, and gave an in-depth explanation on how to implement the spirit of the Plenary Session and promote the reform and development of the enterprise, as well as answering the legal issues of concern to the employees on the spot. At the same time, through playing the propaganda film and other forms, she vividly and imaginatively demonstrated the important role of the spirit of the Constitution in labor relations, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of employees and ways to protect their rights.
The workers of China Coal Group showed great enthusiasm for this law-preaching activity. They said that through this activity, they not only deepened their knowledge of the Constitution and labor law, but also improved their legal literacy and enhanced their awareness and ability to protect their rights in accordance with the law. In the future, they will be more active in applying legal knowledge to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and at the same time, they will also contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the enterprise.
The relevant person in charge of Jining Hi-Tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions said that this legal literacy campaign is one of the important initiatives of the Federation of Trade Unions to serve the workers and help the development of enterprises. In the future, the Federation will continue to strengthen cooperation with enterprises, regularly carry out similar legal awareness activities, provide more legal services and assistance to workers, and strive to build harmonious and stable labor relations, and create a good environment for the healthy development of enterprises under the rule of law.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
Shandong China Coal Mining Support Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1990s with more than 1100 employees. It now has 53 professional companies, 3 Hong Kong companies, 1 British Cayman company and 1 American company.
