Jining National People'S Congress Workshop Leaders Visit China Coal Group For Research

On December 28th, a research group led by Chu Zhihua, the director of the People's Congress Studio in Jining High tech Zone, Jiang Kaide and Xu Enxiu, the deputy directors of the People's Congress Studio, Li Zheng, the director and first level commissioner of the Office of the People's Congress Studio, Zhao Guanghui, the director of the People's Congress Working Committee in Guanghe Street, Zhang Zhengyin, the director of the People's Congress Working Committee in Liuxing Street, Liu Xinyu, the director of the People's Congress Working Committee in Huangtun Street, and Feng Fuqiang, the director of the People's Congress Working Committee in Wangyin Street, were present at Jiezhuang Street Accompanied by Song Zunlu, director of the office, Wei Zhongxun, deputy to Rencheng District People's Congress and director of the working committee of Jiezhuang Street People's Congress, visited China Coal Group to investigate the standardized construction of the liaison station for NPC deputies. Qu Qing, deputy to the People's Congress of Rencheng District and chairman of China Coal Group, Han Yong, general manager of China Coal Group, Li Zhenbo, general manager of informatization of China Coal Group and general manager of Zhongyun Group, Guan Chenghui, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, Lu Shuli and other leaders accompanied him.
The research group visited the contact station of NPC deputies of China Coal Group, and through on-site inspection, listening to reports, checking information and other forms, they learned in detail about the construction, management and operation of the station, as well as the role played, activities carried out, and the public's reflections, etc., and put forward specific guidance on the construction of the contact station.
Director Chu fully affirmed the achievements made in the standardized construction of China Coal Group's NPC deputy liaison station. He pointed out that the representative liaison station is an important platform for NPC deputies to perform their duties, a front position to connect with the masses, an image window to show the demeanor of representatives, and an important carrier to practice people's democracy throughout the process. We should fully leverage the role of the National People's Congress Representative Liaison Station as a bridge to connect with voters, continuously improve the software and hardware construction of the National People's Congress Representative Liaison Station, and further enhance its operational effectiveness.
In the next step, China Coal Group NPC Deputies Liaison Station will make better use of the function of the station, actively play the role of the delegates, explore new modes and new paths of duty performance, further innovate the work idea, improve the work method, enrich the content of the platform, and enrich the form of duty performance, relying on the resources of the position, and face to face with the masses, heart to heart, take the initiative, innovation, and effectively carry out the activities of NPC deputies to promote the grass-roots people's congresses work to release a new vitality, so that the NPC deputies liaison station is more effective in promoting the city's economic and social development in a high quality.
On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
