On March 13, Wang Xiuzheng, Director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Department of Shandong Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs, and his entourage visited China Coal Group for research and guidance, accompanied by Wang Qiuxia, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Jining Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs, and Li zhen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Development Soft Environment Guarantee Bureau and Director of the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Jining Hi-tech Zone. Qu Qing, Chairman of the Group, and Han Yong, General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the visiting leaders and accompanied them on the visit.
The visiting leaders went deep into the Group's corporate culture exhibition hall, UAV and intelligent robot exhibition hall, and AI Intelligent Center one after another, to learn on the spot about the Group's achievements in veterans' employment training, scientific and technological innovation and industrial empowerment.
At the corporate culture exhibition hall, Wang Man, Assistant General Manager of the Group, gave a detailed introduction to the Group's development history, industrial layout and practical achievements in fulfilling social responsibilities, demonstrating the profound corporate culture heritage and sense of responsibility of China Coal Group.
At the UAV and intelligent robot exhibition hall, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of the Group and General Manager of China Transportation Group, reported on the targeted skills training work for veterans carried out in recent years. He introduced that the Group has focused on carrying out systematic training for high-tech positions such as UAV operation and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, helping veterans transform their roles from "Battlefield Elites" to "Technical Backbones".
At the AI Intelligent Center, Guan Chenghui, Secretary of the Party Committee, focused on reporting the "China Coal AI Intelligent Center Platform" independently developed by the Group's Intelligent Research Institute. Integrating artificial intelligence technology in depth, the platform has built six intelligent systems covering the entire business chain, namely "AI Unmanned Promotion, AI Unmanned Optimization, AI Unmanned Outbound Call, AI Unmanned Matrix Release, AI Unmanned Recruitment and AI Unmanned Finance". It not only fully empowers the Group's digital upgrading, but also drives the coordinated development of surrounding enterprises through technology output. Among them, the "AI Unmanned Recruitment" system has opened up the employment service channel for veterans, and combined with offline practical training bases, formed a closed-loop service system of "Online Intelligent Matching + Offline Precise Training", effectively improving the efficiency and quality of veterans' employment services.
Director Wang spoke highly of the achievements made by China Coal Group in the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and veterans services. He pointed out that the Group has deeply applied cutting-edge AI technology to veterans' employment training and explored an innovative path of "Technological Support For The Military And Digital-Intelligent Empowerment", which has important demonstration significance and broad promotion value.
Chairman Qu stated that taking this research as an opportunity, the Group will continue to deepen the cooperation and linkage with veterans affairs departments at all levels, give full play to the technical advantages of the AI Intelligent Center Platform, continuously expand the training track, optimize the service ecology, and strive to build a national leading benchmark enterprise for high-quality employment of veterans.
Recently, the Jining High-tech Zone General Trade Union and the Human Resources Department of Jining High-tech Zone jointly announced the 2024 'High-tech Craftsman' list. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was awarded the title of 'High-tech Craftsman' for his outstanding contributions and innovative spirit.
On September 30th, China Coal Group held a grand cultural performance to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China with the theme of 'Forging Ahead to Celebrate the Birthday of the People's Republic of China' in the conference center.
