Mining Flotation Machine
A mining flotation machine, also known as a flotation concentrator, is mechanical equipment used to carry out the flotation process. In the flotation machine, the reagent-treated slurry is agitated and aerated, allowing certain mineral particles to selectively attach to air bubbles. These mineralized bubbles rise to the surface of the slurry and are scraped off to form the froth product, while the remaining materials stay in the slurry, thereby achieving mineral separation.

Mining Flotation Machine Introduction
A mining flotation machine, also known as a flotation concentrator, is mechanical equipment used to carry out the flotation process. In the flotation machine, the reagent-treated slurry is agitated and aerated, allowing certain mineral particles to selectively attach to air bubbles. These mineralized bubbles rise to the surface of the slurry and are scraped off to form the froth product, while the remaining materials stay in the slurry, thereby achieving mineral separation.
The flotation machine is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt transmission, which rotates the impeller and generates centrifugal force to create negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is drawn into the machine and mixed with the slurry; on the other hand, the slurry and flotation reagents are thoroughly agitated and mixed. At the same time, the bubbles are finely dispersed, allowing the target mineral particles to attach to the bubbles and rise to the slurry surface, where they form mineralized froth.
The gate/slide gate height can be adjusted to control the slurry level, allowing the valuable froth to be continuously scraped off by the scraper mechanism.
