South African Businessmen Visit China Coal Group To Purchase Mining And Construction Equipment

On November 19th, China Coal Group welcomed a business delegation from South Africa, a country along the ‘Belt and Road’. The purpose of this delegation is to know more about the mining equipment and construction machinery produced by China Coal Group, and to discuss the procurement and long-term cooperation.
Accompanied by Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, the South African businessmen delegation visited the Group's modern production base and R&D center. During the visit, the businessmen learned in detail about the various mining equipment and construction machinery produced by China Coal Group, including mining trucks, hydraulic pillars, excavators, loaders, road rollers, cranes and so on. These products are known for their advanced technology, reliable performance and convenient operation, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Internet of Things, big data analysis and artificial intelligence, realizing intelligentization, remote monitoring and other functions, and greatly improving work efficiency and safety.
During the seminar, Mr. Li introduced in detail the development history, technical strength, product advantages and international market expansion strategy of China Coal Group. He emphasized that China Coal Group always holds an open and cooperative attitude and is committed to exploring new technologies and markets with global partners to promote the transformation and upgrading of the machinery manufacturing industry. At the same time, he also expressed his great attention and expectation to the South African market, hoping that both sides can further strengthen cooperation and jointly explore a broader market space. Representatives of the South African businessmen spoke highly of China Coal Group's manufacturing capacity, product quality and technological innovation, and expressed a strong willingness to cooperate.
After in-depth exchanges and discussions, the two sides finally signed a series of procurement contracts for mining equipment and construction machinery. The signing of this contract not only provides a stable and reliable equipment supply channel for South African customers, but also lays a solid foundation for China Coal Group to further expand the overseas market and enhance its brand influence.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
