1. The failure forms of chain wheel and link include: strong fracture and fatigue fracture; It is usually due to excessive plastic deformation after being stressed, and it can not engage normally. By improving the strength and service life of chain wheels and links, the probability of conveyor stopping is reduced.
2. Sprocket shaft group is the transmission part of chain operation, which is mainly composed of shaft, bearing, bearing seat, sprocket, seal, through cover, shaft sleeve, etc. The chain wheel is forged from alloy steel to enhance its strength and prolong its service life. Quenching, tempering and surface hardening treatment are adopted. After use, if one side of the tooth surface is worn about 1mm, its installation direction should be changed, and its stressed tooth surface should be changed to extend its service life. The reason for the high temperature of the sprocket shaft group is that the lubricating oil is insufficient, the oil has impurities or the bearing is damaged.
3. The chain shifter extends the crescent shaped fork to the middle of the sprocket groove to ensure that the sprocket groove is not blocked by coal, and at the same time, the circular chain exits the sprocket at the normal separation point, and the sundries clamped in the sprocket groove are removed in time to ensure the normal engagement of the sprocket and scraper chain. The upper and lower sides of crescent fork are provided with high manganese steel surfacing layer to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance. After wear, it can be repaired by surfacing and reused. The chain splitter is damaged and the chain is too loose. The chain at the sprocket is easy to bite the tip of the chain splitter to make it bend and twist, causing damage to the chain splitter. Therefore, the chain must be tightened in time.
4. The failure of the half drum is the loosening of the fixing bolts, so the daily inspection and maintenance should be strengthened.

Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
