The car body of the fixed mining car is fixed on the frame. During the traction transportation, the inner surface of the car body is mainly affected by the following forces:
(1) Pressure caused by cargo gravity.
(2) The pressure acting on the front and rear end plates of the car body caused by inertia and the friction acting on the bottom plate of the car body and the inner surface of the two side plates.
(3) When the track is inclined, the pressure on the front and rear end plates of the car body caused by the sliding of cargo in the car body and the friction force acting on the bottom plate of the car body and the inner surface of the two side plates.
(4) The connection (welding) between the bottom of the car body and the frame beam is subjected to the support reaction of the frame beam, as well as the impact force and running resistance during the collision transmitted by the frame beam. Since the friction mainly causes the wear of the inner surface of each wall panel of the car body, which has little to do with the stress and deformation analysis, the influence of friction is not considered.
