Only the buffer strip with natural rubber as the main raw material has a high elasticity. The buffer strip made of waste rubber has a poor elasticity, and the impact resistance is even worse. Such buffer strips cannot play a role.
Whether the buffer strip can play a good role in the belt operation mainly depends on the design of the buffer strip, the quality of the material and the advanced technology. A good buffer strip should be reasonably designed, which should be consistent with the belt width, belt speed, height of blanking point, density of medium and other parameters. For example, if the belt speed is greater than 4.5m/s, if a low-molecular-weight buffer strip is used, it will wear very quickly and will not be durable; The material used for good quality buffer strips is also very critical. The rubber layer has high natural rubber content, good elasticity, and strong impact absorption capacity. The rubber layer of poor quality buffer strips has low natural rubber content or even no natural rubber. The elasticity is very poor, and the belt protection is very small. Such buffer strips have very little effect on the use of factories and mines;

Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
