Shuttle trams have the advantages of large transportation, high speed, reliable operation, less maintenance, simple operation, less shunting or no shunting, etc.
Shuttle mining car is composed of car body, scraper conveyor, bogie, drawbar, etc.
1. Vehicle body
In order to facilitate disassembly and transportation, the car body is divided into front car body and rear car body, both of which are welded structures. The two sides are assembled and welded after molding. Most of the stiffeners on the car body are profiled with steel plates. The loading end is specially reinforced. There is a welded frame of profiled channel steel at the bottom to withstand heavy impact. To increase the strength and service life of the base plate, it is riveted with two layers of 10mm thick steel plates. The lining plate is made of 16Mn low alloy steel plate. When the lining plate is worn to a certain extent, the rivets can be removed and the lining plate can be replaced. The upper part of the scraper conveyor chain is also provided with a cover plate made of 10mm thick manganese steel plate to protect the normal operation of the scraper conveyor chain.
2. Scraper conveyor
The scraper conveyor is decelerated by the prime mover through the sleeve roller chain, chain plate, universal joint shaft and worm gear reducer, and can rotate in reverse direction.
3. Bogie
There is a bogie in front of and behind the shuttle car. The bogie is connected with the cross beam and the hinge with the ball facing the center plate, which can make the car body turn flexibly and make the side support work at any time. Eight rubber blocks with trapezoidal section are used between the bogie body and the wheel axle for shock absorption. This structure has good shock absorption performance and high pressure bearing capacity. It can make the four wheels on the bogie touch down at any time when it is matched with the spherical hinge, and has good adaptability to uneven tracks.
4. Single vehicle drawbar and overlap vehicle drawbar
The single car drawbar is used for the connection between the electric locomotive and shuttle car. The overlapping drawbar is used for the connection between shuttle cars. The pole is divided into two layers: inner pole and outer pole. When threading, lapping and transferring, put the two rods together. When the tramcar train is running, the two poles shall be pulled apart.
