Accompanied by Chairman Qu and other leaders, Mr. Liu and his entourage visited the Group's corporate culture exhibition hall, digital production workshop, technology research and development center, e-commerce company, cross-border e-commerce and other important departments. During the visit, the visiting leaders listened attentively to the introduction of the Group's leaders about the development history, product innovation, market development and other aspects of the enterprise, and spoke highly of the multi-disciplinary and diversified development of China Coal Group.
During the symposium, the leaders of both sides carried out in-depth exchanges on the next step of deep-level cooperation. Mr. Han firstly welcomed the arrival of Mr. Liu and his entourage, expressed his gratitude for the strong support given by the Group for investing in the establishment of the company, and introduced the Group's development history, scientific and technological research and development, market prospects as well as future development plans. He said that Yantai Fushan District has strong industrial strength, complete infrastructure, good location advantages and resource endowment, and hoped that both sides will give full play to their respective advantages in the future, and on the basis of the existing good cooperation, explore and deepen the multi-level, omni-directional, and closer cooperation, and work hand in hand to move towards a higher level of linked development, so as to help Fushan District's economic and social development in a high quality manner.
Subsequently, Mr. Li introduced the overall development of the Group's investment company in Yantai's Fushan District, the digital transformation and the perfect layout and innovative application of using the industrial Internet in assisting industrial digitization and digital industrialization.
At the meeting, Mr. Liu introduced the overall industrial structure, industrial layout and development planning of Yantai Fushan District. Through the field visit, listening to the introduction, on-site exchanges and other ways, Liu District Director highly affirmed the achievements of our group in the intelligent equipment manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce and the development of digital transformation, the comprehensive strength of our group's high-end equipment manufacturing, digital transformation empowerment, and cross-border e-commerce sales model and a new generation of information technology achievements, and gave a high evaluation. She said that through this visit and exchange of personal experience of my group manufacturing strength and strong e-commerce sales team, in order to both sides of the deep level of cooperation, Yantai City, Fushan District will strongly support China Coal Group in Fushan District of the investment and development of the group's investment in enterprises to improve the quality of the efficiency of the group to provide preferential policies and nanny-like forward-looking services.

On October 30, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at Shandong China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was invited to deliver a keynote presentation at an activity organized by the Teaching and Research Group of the Shandong Province Technical and Vocational Schools Admissions and Employment (Industry-Education Integration) Center. The event brought together 23 technical and vocational schools across the province and focused on innovative integration of artificial intelligence with technical and vocational education, sharing practical achievements from the front lines of industry and jointly exploring new approaches to cultivating versatile digital-skills professionals through school-enterprise collaboration.
Recently, the Zhongmei Zhiren AI system, independently developed by the Intelligent Research Institute of Shandong China Coal Group, has continued to evolve and improve. Drawing on core technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agent workflow orchestration, multimodal vision, and audio and video generation, it is building a dedicated end-to-end AI platform for China’s industrial and mining supplies sector. The platform uses independently controllable AI technology to support the digital transformation of domestic and international trade and foster new quality productive forces.
Recently, three sets of software independently developed by Shandong China Coal Industry & Mining Supplies Group Co., Ltd. have successfully passed the review of the National Copyright Administration and obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates. The three certified achievements are all built-in agent modules of the China Coal Zhiren AI System, namely: China Coal Zhiqing Image Management Tool V1.0, China Coal Construction Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0, and China Coal Mining Machinery Foreign Trade Independent Website System V1.0. This marks the continuous expansion of the ecological layout of the China Coal Zhiren AI System and the further consolidation of self-developed technical barriers.
