Empowering industries with skills and driving development with talents. To further advance the "Skill Revitalization of Shandong" initiative, cultivate high-skilled talents for the digital economy, and boost the development of new quality productive forces, the AI event of the 2026 Jining "Skill Champion" Vocational Skills Competition and the 6th Jining Technician Education Group Federation Vocational Skills Competition was successfully held in China Coal Group on August 29.
Focusing on the emerging vocational track of artificial intelligence, this competition is a key digital event of Jining’s "Skill Champion" series of competitions, attracting more than 30 contestants from enterprises and technical colleges across the city to compete on the same stage. During the competition, all contestants performed calmly and operated rigorously, fully demonstrating the craftsmanship spirit of diligent learning, rigorous thinking and pursuit of excellence among digital skilled talents in Jining. The judging team strictly abided by the evaluation rules and standardized the judging process to ensure a fair and impartial competition.
As the organizer, China Coal Group adheres to the principle of promoting learning, training and innovation through competitions. It promotes the industrial empowerment value of "Artificial Intelligence +", extending AI application from enterprise production scenarios to competition venues, so as to cover broader industrial tracks and talent markets. Recently, the Jining High-tech Zone General Trade Union and the Human Resources Department of Jining High-tech Zone jointly announced the 2024 'High-tech Craftsman' list. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was awarded the title of 'High-tech Craftsman' for his outstanding contributions and innovative spirit.
On September 30th, China Coal Group held a grand cultural performance to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China with the theme of 'Forging Ahead to Celebrate the Birthday of the People's Republic of China' in the conference center.
