China Coal Group Receives Vice Chairman Unit Plaque from Shandong Confucian Merchants Research Association

On August 19, Wang Chengyu, Senior Advisor of the Jining Confucian Merchants Research Association; Yin Feng, Head of the Working Committee of the High-Tech Zone Confucian Merchants Research Association; Zhang Yangxun, Working Committee Director, President, and Chairman of Shandong Dongyue Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; and Senior Advisor Kong Lingguo visited Shandong China Coal Group to explore its AI innovation applications. Qu Qing, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Confucian Merchants Research Association and Chairman of China Coal Group; General Manager Han Yong; Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Group Informatization and General Manager of China Transport Group; Party Secretary Guan Chenghui; and General Manager Assistant Wang Man warmly received the delegation.

The visit was primarily made to present China Coal Group with the plaque recognizing it as a Vice Chairman Unit of the Shandong Confucian Merchants Research Association. The two sides also conducted in-depth exchanges on key topics including the implementation of China Coal AI agent technology, digital industrial upgrading, and joint development of the Confucian merchant brand.

The delegation visited the Group’s product showroom, digital exhibition hall, China Coal AI Intelligent Center, cross-border e-commerce company, and other core business areas. They gained a comprehensive understanding of China Coal Group’s AI agents and cross-border trade development, and observed application scenarios for domestic and international trade AI agents developed and operated by the Group’s Intelligent Research Institute. The complete AI agent system is independently operated by one person managing seven computers, with each computer performing a dedicated task in sequence, including AI product launch, AI intelligent reception, AI inquiry and intent screening, AI outbound calling, AI customer risk control, AI supplier matching, and AI transaction completion. The system enables one person to coordinate seven AI agents working simultaneously around the clock, making business processes unmanned, data more accurate, and efficiency maximized, thereby effectively improving overall business capacity and core competitiveness. The delegation highly commended China Coal Group’s innovation achievements, independently developed technological capabilities, and practical AI application results in the artificial intelligence industry. They also introduced several enterprises interested in adopting AI agents.

At the symposium, China Coal Group Chairman Qu Qing extended a warm welcome to the delegation.
