On October 12, a batch of new suspended mining single hydraulic props independently developed and manufactured by Shandong China Coal Group completed quality inspection, packing, and loading, and was shipped to Shanxi to provide high-performance, high-safety equipment support for mine roadway support and underground mining operations.
Compared with traditional hydraulic props used in mines, this new equipment offers multiple core technical advantages. Its innovative suspended structural design overcomes the defects and problems of DZ-type (piston-type) hydraulic props and eliminates at the source safety hazards such as roof falls caused by weld fractures. It offers high load-bearing capacity, a high stability safety factor, economic and environmental benefits, a long service life, a long working stroke, low operating costs, ease of operation, a wide range of applications, and good stability. It is widely suitable for underground support in coal, iron, and phosphate mines, particularly in challenging working environments such as gob-side entry retaining. The product has obtained the National Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate and a national invention patent.
