On July 4, representatives from a Colombian client paid an on-site visit to China Coal Group. They focused on inspecting core mining equipment including scraper conveyors and U-shaped steel supports, and held in-depth discussions on cooperation. After comprehensive inspections and thorough negotiations, the two parties reached a procurement cooperation deal and signed an agreement on the spot. This marks further expansion of China Coal Group’s mining equipment business in the South American overseas market and another breakthrough in its international layout.
During the visit, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of the Group Information Department and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, Zhang Hang, General Manager of Cross-border E-commerce Company and Deputy General Manager of Zhongyun Group, Zhang Wen, General Manager of Cross-border E-commerce Company and other senior leaders accompanied the clients throughout the tour. The Colombian guests visited the enterprise’s mining machinery exhibition hall, intelligent production workshops and quality inspection center, learning in detail about the Group’s development history, R&D capabilities, production technologies and achievements of overseas projects. For the core equipment under inspection, the client thoroughly verified key indicators including the operation stability, wear and compression resistance, intelligent control system of scraper conveyors, as well as the material precision, load-bearing strength and anti-corrosion technology of U-shaped steel supports.
Technical staff provided detailed answers to the client’s questions covering equipment adaptability to mine working conditions, energy conservation and consumption reduction, safety protection, installation, operation and maintenance. They fully demonstrated the core advantages of products tailored to the complex mining environments across South America. The client highly recognized the Group’s rigorous production control system, mature technical solutions and premium product quality.
In the business negotiation session, both sides conducted in-depth communication on details such as product customization, delivery cycles, cross-border logistics, after-sales support and long-term strategic cooperation. They fully exchanged market demands and cooperation plans, successfully reached a consensus and formally signed a procurement order for mining equipment.
The visit and contract signing with Colombian clients serve as strong recognition of the strength of China Coal Group’s mining equipment by overseas markets. On September 30th, China Coal Group held a grand cultural performance to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China with the theme of 'Forging Ahead to Celebrate the Birthday of the People's Republic of China' in the conference center.
