Recently, the intelligent agents built into the Shandong China Coal Group Zhiren AI System were awarded three additional Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates issued by the National Copyright Administration. They are the China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Publishing System, the China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Operations Analysis Platform, and the China Coal Intelligent Agent Foreign Trade Operations Analysis Platform, respectively. All three intelligent agents are important components of the Group’s independently developed China Coal Zhiren AI System, marking further improvement of the Group’s independent intellectual property rights system in the field of dedicated full-link AI systems for e-commerce of industrial and mining materials.
The "China Coal Intelligent AI System" was independently developed by the China Coal Intelligent Research Institute. It is a full-process AI system specifically designed for the e-commerce sector of industrial and mining materials. The platform is built around four core business processes—operations, sales, procurement, and transactions—and supports two major business scenarios: domestic trade and foreign trade. The system integrates a range of multimodal AI technologies, including large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent agent (Agent) workflow orchestration, text-to-speech and automatic speech recognition (TTS/ASR), computer vision, and video generation. It connects the entire business process, including product listing and publishing, customer engagement and outreach, inquiry follow-up and conversion, quotation and contract signing, and procurement fulfillment and delivery, thereby achieving end-to-end intelligent implementation of industrial and mining e-commerce operations.
The three newly approved software products provide essential support for the deployment of China Coal Group’s Zhiren AI system. The China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Publishing System V1.0 uses the system’s capabilities to intelligently edit product information and publish it across multiple platforms with one click, enabling automated domestic-trade product operations. The China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Operations Analysis Platform V1.0 aggregates domestic business data, visualizes key metrics, and intelligently assesses market developments, providing a data foundation for informed domestic-trade decisions. The China Coal Intelligent Agent Foreign Trade Operations Analysis Platform V1.0 is designed for overseas trade scenarios. It compiles business statistics, develops customer profiles, and monitors overseas market trends to support precise, intelligent foreign-trade operations. All three software copyrights were originally acquired by the Group, and the company holds all rights to the software.

Recently, the Jining High-tech Zone General Trade Union and the Human Resources Department of Jining High-tech Zone jointly announced the 2024 'High-tech Craftsman' list. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Information Technology at China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, was awarded the title of 'High-tech Craftsman' for his outstanding contributions and innovative spirit.
