On October 21, a delegation of Russian customers visited Shandong China Coal Group for a tour and inspection. The two sides held in-depth discussions on construction machinery specifications, customized solutions, delivery schedules, and overseas after-sales support. They signed a construction machinery purchase order on site, further strengthening China-Russia trade cooperation and jointly expanding into construction markets in Russian-speaking regions.
Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Group Informatization and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, warmly welcomed the delegation of Russian business partners. He accompanied them on visits to the Group’s intelligent equipment showroom and digital production workshop for construction machinery, where they observed firsthand the assembly processes, performance testing, and quality control systems for construction machinery such as excavators and loaders. He also provided a detailed introduction to the Group’s strategies and strengths in intelligent manufacturing, product R&D, cross-border supply chains, and localized overseas services.
During the site visit, the customers observed a hands-on equipment demonstration up close and praised the stability, adaptability to local operating environments, and intelligent features of the Group’s construction machinery. The two sides discussed key issues one by one, including local operating conditions in Russia, equipment modifications, export logistics, and after-sales maintenance services. They exchanged views, quickly reached a consensus on cooperation, and signed the order.
The Russian client representatives stated that Shandong China Coal Group’s construction machinery products enjoy a good reputation in the local market and that the equipment can adapt to complex construction environments. This on-site inspection further strengthened their confidence in cooperation. They hope to use this order as a starting point to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership and continuously expand the scale of procurement.
The successful placement of this order marks another important achievement for Shandong China Coal Group in the Russian-speaking overseas market. Going forward, the Group will continue to focus on the needs of overseas customers, improve the development and manufacturing processes of its construction machinery products, and strengthen its integrated service system for cross-border delivery, technical training, and after-sales maintenance. Recently, the intelligent agents built into the Shandong China Coal Group Zhiren AI System were awarded three additional Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates issued by the National Copyright Administration. They are the China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Publishing System, the China Coal Intelligent Agent Domestic Trade Operations Analysis Platform, and the China Coal Intelligent Agent Foreign Trade Operations Analysis Platform, respectively. All three intelligent agents are important components of the Group’s independently developed China Coal Zhiren AI System, marking further improvement of the Group’s independent intellectual property rights system in the field of dedicated full-link AI systems for e-commerce of industrial and mining materials.
