Shandong Yuneng Electric Leaders Visit China Coal Group to Discuss AI Applications and Mining Product Sales Partnership

On October 20, Peng Daheng, General Manager of Shandong Yuneng Electric Co., Ltd., Xie Kongjie, Deputy General Manager, Zhu Yuxiu, Director of the Office, Ma Yahong, Minister of the E-Commerce Department, and Wang Wei, General Manager of Huarui Electric Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit Shandong China Coal Group. General Manager Peng Daheng and his delegation visited the Group’s corporate culture exhibition hall, intelligent equipment achievements exhibition hall, China Coal AI System R&D Center, cross-border e-commerce company, digital production workshop, and other areas in succession. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of the Group’s Informatization Department, provided a detailed introduction to the Group’s industrial layout, intelligent manufacturing capabilities, applications of the China Coal Intelligent AI system, domestic and overseas market presence, as well as its technological expertise and achievements in the integrated R&D of software and hardware for intelligent mining equipment.

At the meeting, General Manager Peng Daheng provided a detailed overview of the development of Shandong Yuneng Electric. He highlighted the company’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities in mining electrical equipment, explosion-proof electrical equipment, and power supply automation. The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of a series of intelligent mining equipment, including intelligent integrated protection systems for belt conveyors, laser-vision belt-tear detection systems, and fiber-optic temperature-monitoring and early-warning devices. It has accumulated substantial technical expertise in AI machine vision, multisensor fusion, full-scenario protection for belt conveyors, and intelligent underground solutions.

Wang Wei of Huarui Electric also introduced the company’s mining electrical products and their technical applications. He said Shandong China Coal Group is a leading enterprise in China’s mining equipment industry, with notable achievements in integrating AI systems with mining equipment, expanding its brands into overseas markets, and coordinating resources across the industrial chain. With its strong platform resources and ability to deliver projects, the group is a valuable strategic partner. By combining their respective strengths and drawing on the group’s channels, supply chain, and project delivery capabilities, the two companies aim to bring their independently developed intelligent mining equipment to a wider range of mining markets in China and abroad.

The three parties then exchanged views on key topics, including the joint promotion of intelligent electrical equipment for mining, the supply of complementary products, the joint refinement of technical solutions, the sharing of online and offline market resources, overseas business collaboration, and joint bidding for projects. They also reached preliminary agreement on several aspects of product introduction, channel cooperation, and business coordination.

All parties attending the meeting agreed that the three parties have significant complementary business strengths and broad potential for cooperation. Going forward, a regular communication mechanism will be established to accelerate the application of AI across the entire value chain of intelligent equipment manufacturing, advance the alignment of technical solutions, product prototyping, and commercial implementation, and leverage each party’s respective strengths in technology, manufacturing, and channels. By joining forces, the parties will jointly deepen their engagement in the mining equipment market, work together to develop safe, reliable, and intelligent integrated electromechanical solutions for mines, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes through coordinated development.
