On September 6, the "Visit Factories · Connect with Sources" field‑visit event for Jining small‑sized machinery industrial cluster took place at China Coal Group. Organized by Shandong Cross‑border E‑commerce Association, a delegation of more than 50 participants including cross‑border e‑commerce platforms, high‑quality cross‑border sellers and foreign‑trade enterprises came to China Coal Group for an inspection tour. The delegation focused on investigating the innovative implementation of China Coal AI Agents in the cross‑border e‑commerce sector.
The delegation visited the enterprise product exhibition hall, digital exhibition hall and China Coal AI Intelligence Center in sequence. They gained first‑hand knowledge about performance strengths, export advantages and overseas‑market adaptability of core intelligent machinery products such as China Coal intelligent mining excavators and lawn mowers. Meanwhile, the group learned in depth about application scenarios of China Coal full‑link AI cross‑border e‑commerce Agents, as well as the OPC operating model where one single operator manages seven AI Agents simultaneously. Independently developed by China Coal Intelligent Research Institute, these Agents cover four core functional modules: operation, customer acquisition, marketing and business execution. From precise overseas customer acquisition and multi‑language intelligent marketing, to 24‑hour full‑process business collaboration and operational efficiency improvement, China Coal full‑link AI cross‑border e‑commerce Agents deeply integrate artificial intelligence into every phase of corporate operations. They form a complete intelligent closed‑loop for foreign‑trade businesses, effectively tackling industry‑wide challenges including time‑zone gaps, manpower shortages, high operating costs and elevated cross‑border cooperation risks, and supporting enterprises to efficiently explore overseas markets.
After the site visit, delegation members commented that traditional foreign‑trade models for equipment manufacturing commonly suffer from low customer‑targeting accuracy, high marketing costs, cumbersome workflows and inefficient business communication. China Coal full‑link AI cross‑border e‑commerce Agents directly address these industry pain points and achieve genuine deep integration between AI and cross‑border e‑commerce businesses, featuring great promotional value and practical implementability across the industry.
Recently, officials from government authorities at different levels and representatives from multiple industry associations have paid field visits to China Coal Group to observe exchanges and draw on its innovative practical experience of AI Agents in manufacturing and cross‑border e‑commerce. This visit by the cross‑border association delegation builds a direct communication bridge between factories within the industrial cluster and cross‑border sellers. All participants exchanged views on topics including construction machinery overseas expansion, AI‑empowered cross‑border businesses and supply‑chain coordination, explored potential cooperation opportunities, and helped expand overseas trade channels for Jining small‑sized machinery industrial cluster.
Moving forward, China Coal Group will keep upgrading the technical capabilities of its AI Agents, further deepen the integration of artificial intelligence and cross‑border foreign‑trade businesses, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with industry associations and upstream‑downstream partners, and develop more replicable practical cases for digital transformation in manufacturing. These efforts will contribute to high‑quality development of local foreign‑trade industries.
